Former Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is in complex talks to sign for the Rangers in a concussion-free move, according to reports.
The 28-year-old is on the move after pronouncing the deadline he and West Ham agreed to terminate their contract.
Now he’s a loose agent and he’s about to go north.
Sports journalist Nicolo Schira reports that he is in “advanced talks” with SPL leaders, the Rangers, led by Wilshere’s former England teammate Steven Gerrard.
It would be a wonderful resolution after Wilshere dropped the bomb on Monday when he and West Ham parted ways.
He joined his club for years of training two years ago, suffered an injury.
However, Wilshere revealed his frustration that West Ham was unable to play with him, even though he had had compatibility for more than 8 months.
ALL WHITE THEN
The Leeds is looking at Hamburg defender Stephan Ambrosius.
Leeds closed their window after signing Raphinha and incorporating Diego Llorente and Robin Koch as the central.
They were interested in Croatian defender Josko Gvardiol and Ben White of Brighton.

PSV has announced that Gotze, 28, signed a two-year contract with Dutch club after leaving Dortmund at the end of their contract at the end of last season.
The scorer hero of the 2014 World Cup final in Germany rose through the ranks in Dortmund and had two periods at the club in any aspect of a season at Bayern Munich.
The offensive midfielder said, “I’ve had a lot of donations this summer, but I’m a sensitive guy and I make my own decisions.
“I feel able to face a very different challenge and am convinced that this will be a very comfortable transition for me.

Porto has the arrival of Grujic, 24, from Anfield for the rest of the 2020-21 season.
