CASH IN THE ATTIC
The biggest in Europe are Chelsea, Leeds and Aston Villa.
But the Blues are the wonderful Charlies in the race across the continent, shining as if it were nobody’s business.
However, that can still change.
To date, however, the 10 most sensitive spenders in Europe are here.
CFC ACCESSORIES
After the Blues’ victory over Brighton, it’s the next games on Frank Lampard’s team.
Next? Liverpool champions.
BEAUTIFUL LITTLE ERNER
Timo Werner has revealed why he turned down Sunday’s opponent in Liverpool this summer.
He added: “When I left Leipzig, I spoke to other clubs.
“There were clubs I spoke to . . . like Liverpool, which has a wonderful team.
“But in the end, I will (move) to Chelsea . . . Not only because of the taste of football, but also because of what they showed me.
“I enjoyed betting in Leipzig, but it was vital for me to arrive at a club with a vision that matches my taste for football. The full Premier League suits my taste. “
NETAS WINNINGS
Timo Werner has promised to make his presence felt as temporarily as you can imagine in Chelsea, andrew DILLON reports.
The 24-year-old German will be the answer to The Blues’ old challenge of locating a famous striker who is ravaging English football.
And he admitted he had little time to adjust if he was looking to win things with his new club.
The 48 million-pounder guy said: “The Premier League fits my taste because it’s so fast.
“I want two or three games, but you can’t have a player who takes so long to adjust. Football here is more of a matter of strength and strength of defenders.
“Maybe I have to adapt a little. But me to play, me to score and I to win things.
MAT IS AMAZING
Talk about letting it go after retirement.
A Premier League winner did just that when images surfaced of the former Chelsea player with a gray beard and tattoos.
In an astonishing transformation, the former player used his freedom.
And it turns out that a few years ago he didn’t go into a barber with his messy mop and invaded through plants and his Santa-style beard.
The player, if they recognize him, is Mateja Kezman.

EFL RESCUE STATEMENT
EFL leaders told Prem clubs that a two hundred million pound rescue plan was “urgent” to keep everyone alive, MARTIN LIPTON reports.
Discussions between Prem and EFL President Rick Parry have intensified in recent weeks, as the truth of the start of the season has been behind closed doors.
Parry recalled the fact that unused gambling would charge EFL’s 72 clubs about 20 million pounds a month, or two hundred million pounds during the total season.
While the Prem parties are willing to help, SunSport has revealed that they will most likely require strict situations about how cash is distributed and spent.
But there is a genuine concern that, without the budget available soon, the clubs could go out of business “in a few weeks. “
Considerations come when Macclesfield, expelled from the EFL last month, settled in the High Court for debts of more than 500,000 euros.
WAITING FOR THE O-KAY
Everton hopes to point to Chelsea’s central defender, Fikayo Tomori, a one-season contract.

And The Times says Everton need to secure a similar deal down the line for 22-year-old Tomori in the coming weeks.
The player himself is waiting to see if Chelsea allow him to leave Stamford Bridge.
Everton are lightweight as a central defender, with Michael Keane, Mason Holgate and Yerry Mina their only senior options.

“Last season, Liverpool absolutely dominated the season, they had a wonderful winning streak. They lost a little.
“But it’s the year. Everybody starts from scratch.
“We’ll see what we can do. We’re going to compete with the best.
“They have a big front of three, but we also have our weapons. We can hurt them. “
TAPIADA
Frank Lampard appears to have a different opinion with the Chelsea board on a possible offer for Declan Rice.
David Ornstein says the Blues manager remains keen to bring in the West Ham star and make him a center-back.
However, Chelsea have been listed with a value of around 73 million pounds and the main members of the club hierarchy say those rates are not a smart cost for their money.
They would also be involved that Rice has still solved all the technical deficiencies that led him to be released by Chelsea’s academy as a young man.
I’ll do it sometime.
Garth Crooks said Chelsea’s resolve to allow Willian to go to the rival Arsenal is “madness. “
He wrote in his column for the BBC: “Regular readers will know what I do about Willian as a player.
“I said last season that Chelsea couldn’t lose him.
“Letting Arsenal’s London rivals, of all teams, pass by is crazy and may charge them dearly in the latest analysis. “
“Against an out-of-reach Fulham team, Willian produced a first feature that must have been an agonizing watch for his former coach Frank Lampard.
“What did Chelsea do?”

“So it took them six, six, seven years to re-create a winning team and I didn’t have that time because I left home at Athletic to win titles.

“When I put it on, I felt a little tight, but I looked for the color, not the adjustment. He followed a quick selfie and posted the photo in our organization’s chat.
“‘Guys, what’s the dress code for tonight?”, I asked and a series of joking answers and emojis didn’t envy my phone at full throttle. “Then it’s shorts and a T-shirt, ” I thought.
“Not that I would have been serious anyway. I was just looking to give the boys a chance to have a soda, but there was no doubt that for one night and only one night, everyone who was convinced of Liverpool would go to Chelsea. All they needed was a draw and we’d be champions.
