The NBA has officially announced its format for the 2020-21 season, which will start on December 22 and arrive with 72 games per team:

The league will announce the first part of each team’s calendar education camp in December, while the part of the moment will not be announced until later in the year.
The calendar includes an entry tournament between seed No. 7 and No. 10 to the last two playoff venues for each conference.
