Alexandre Pato says he will never spend his time at AC Milan as he prepares for life under a Corinthians shirt.
The two clubs have reached an agreement of 15 million euros for the last night of duck and the Brazilian striker will wear the number 7 shirt after signing a four-year contract.
Pato, 23, wrote an open letter to enthusiasts that was posted on AC Milan’s official website: “I move to Brazil to play regularly, but it might not be easy to forget.
“I would like to say hello, but above all thank everyone, from the president to the many other people I have worked with during those unforgettable years in Milan.
“I move to Brazil, Corinthians, so I’ll have a chance to play regularly. However, it won’t be easy for Milan.”
“I am and will be very hooked on this T-shirt, the colors of the club and all the rossoneri fans. Especially right now, my mind and my greatest thanks I leave you.
