BARKLEY FOR ARROZ?
Chelsea would be willing to offer Ross Barkley as a player, as well as a money deal to take over West Ham midfielder Declan Rice.
According to Football Insider, Western Londoners will offer Barkley as a component of a component-sharing agreement and put England at 30 million pounds.
Rice’s offer is expected to be in the order of 70 million pounds, however, the Blues will have to increase the budget by unloading players after spending a record two hundred million pounds on transfers this summer.
