Chelsea’s new signing, Thiago Silva, has turned down a number of concessions before deciding to sign for Chelsea this summer, his agent has revealed.
The 36-year-old signed a one-year contract at Stamford Bridge last week after leaving Paris Saint-Germain at the end of last season.
