Huge regeneration projects have been approved in parts of Trafford.

The council’s plan-making committee gave the green light to proposals for 750 houses, a 100-room hotel, a recreation center, a number one school and offices at the former Kellogg factory in Old Trafford last night (Thursday).

City Hall is running with Bruntwood Works developers as a component of its Civic District Master Plan for the dominance of Old Trafford and Stretford, and purchased the land for 12 million pounds in September 2017.
