AC Milan and Juventus will face off for two strikers in the upcoming transfer window as both clubs look to that component of their squad.
It is possible that Juve will get rid of Federico Chiesa and Dusan Vlahovic when the transfer window reopens, and they are in place to update either player.
The Bianconeri are now happy with the performances of their more sensible stars and hope to return to the Champions League next season.
This will give them the ability to restructure the team and almost all players will be sold when the moving window reopens.
If the players leave, new ones will emerge, and the two strikers who could move to Turin are Bologna’s Joshua Zirkzee and Lille’s Jonathan David.
Juve have already done business with Lille this season and have a date with them, but a report in Calciomercato says that both players are also on AC Milan’s radar.
Milan may have lost Olivier Giroud and have known both strikers as players who could easily upgrade him when he leaves.
Juve FC says
Milan have a pedigree to attract players and will feel confident competing with us for those strikers.
That means we still have some work to do to convince them to join us, but we are the biggest club in Italy and we deserve to succeed.
