Travellers from Iceland, the Netherlands, France, San Marino, Iceland and Poland will have to spend 14 days in quarantine after arriving in Estonia from Monday 10 August, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced friday. The total number of countries on the list is now 19.
No country was removed from last week’s list. Travellers arriving from Canada do not have to be quarantined for 14 days as they have been removed from a recently updated EU list.
A country is added to the quarantine list if the reported coronavirus rate is higher than new infections consistent with 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days.
The complete and updated list of REPORTED COVID-19 rates consistent with 100,000 inhabitants is below and takes effect as of Monday, August 10. It can also be found on the Department of Foreign Affairs website.
Arrivals from ambitious countries will have to be themed about 40 14 days upon arrival in Estonia.
According to Order 172 of the Government of the Republic, the restriction on freedom of movement is implemented in cases where the number of positive evidence of a country consisting of 100,000 inhabitants remains between 16 and 17.6, for a consistent period of two weeks.
Estonia has lately an infection of 2.6 that matches 100,000 inhabitants.
Australian travellers must comply with the 14-day self-quarantine rule upon arrival in Estonia.
Travellers from Canada, Georgia, Japan, South Korea, Rwanda, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay and New Zealand must be quarantined when travelling to Estonia.
The EU Council updated the list of non-EU countries on 7 August.
The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly recommends 22th place in foreign travel, with the exception of European countries with a rate of 16 per 100,000 or less.
Automatic quarantine means that a user can only leave their permanent apartment or apartment position after arriving in Estonia to receive food, medicine and other essential items for a period of 14 days. People can also leave their homes under the instructions of a fitness professional. More information can be found on the website of the Police Council and the Border Guard.
If the alien is unavoidable, the Department of Foreign Affairs recommends that you check your online page when making foreign travel plans, registering at the branch, and verifying coronavirus-related restrictions in the destination country.
