Fulham has signed RB Leipzig winger Ademola Lookman on loan for one season.
The 22-year-old, who spent time with Charlton and Everton before moving to Germany, becomes the eighth signing of Fulham’s window.
After sealing his move to Craven Cottage, Lookman told FFCtv: “I’m glad I finished it and finished now. I am pleased to be here for the team.
“After the conversations I had with Scott Parker, I had a wonderful feeling. That’s the dating career I need to have. He’s young and hungry and I’m young too and hungry, so it’s a smart game. “
Fulham sporting director Tony Khan added: “Ademola, his young career, has reveled in the Premier League and Bundesliga and contributed to England’s victory at the 2017 U-20 World Cup, and we believe it is a very clever addition to our team. “
Lookman struggled to make a player take effect in Leipzig after his permanent 22. 5 million pound move from Everton last summer, after impressing on loan during the 2017–18 season when he scored five goals in 11 Bundesliga games.
He made his career with Charlton before moving to Merseyside in 2017, leaving Ligue 1, and made 48 appearances for Everton in all competitions before seeking luck in Europe.
