Paris FC has officially announced that Sami Tlemcani, 16, has joined Chelsea, the promising goalkeeper who leaves Ligue 2 after more than two years at the club.
Chelsea seem to have acquired a real skill with Paris FC stating that Tlemcani is an upbringing with the first team since he was 15 years old.
RMC Sport’s Loic Tanzi reports that the French aspect withstood Chelsea’s movement for a long time, but eventually relented and allowed the ace to sign up for one of the world’s largest clubs.

This resolution is no surprise, Chelsea was one of the elite’s top active groups in recruiting brilliant European skill before the age of 18.
Tlemcani joins a team that has a very well established academy, complete with a highly qualified skill, it will be attractive to see if the ace stands out temporarily at the level of young people.
The goalkeeper at this level of his career is little known, the fact that Tlemcani has trained with the first Paris FC team since the age of 15 says a lot about the type of Bleus in their hands.
