Alabama 48, Tennessee 17: What we did when Crimson Tide beat Flights for the 14th consecutive time

The third Saturday in October is still as lopsided as ever.

Tennessee couldn’t stop the offensive in the country, and the No. Alabama 2 won 48-17 on Saturday in front of a crowd of 23,394 at Neyland Stadium.

The Crimson Tide (5-0) has won 14 wins directly in the series, with few competitive games spanning.

Tennessee (2-3) will enter its free week with its first three-game streak since the 2017 season.

Here are five things learned.

Alabama’s first record staned in midfield. It’s an aberration. Crimson Tide scored touchdowns in his next four actives, and his offense lived up to expectations.

Jaylen Waddle, one of Alabama’s most productive weapons, came out after sustaining a season-ending ankle injury, but Mac Jones uncovered plenty of other goals ahead.

Jones finished five passes for at least 20 yards and finished 25 of 31 to 387 yards, an extra as a contender for the Heisman Trophy.

Not only was tennessee’s entry time uneven, but the Vols showed grim tackles and continually failed to close the ball carrier.

Alabama 587 yards of offense.

Coach Jeremy Pruitt remained joined by Jarrett Guarantano as his team’s quarterback even though Guarantano committed six ball losses in the last two games. Flights played three-quarters last week against Kentucky, raising doubts about whether Pruitt could simply replace the position. .

But Guarantano is the 30th game of his career and played without ball losses. He’s had some amazing sequences.

Guarantano gained 8 yards in a third race to do a bigger practice at the time of the fourth, then connected with Jalin Hyatt for a 38-yard landing in the next game.

Guarantano discovered Hyatt for a 48-yard winning in the third quarter, then connected with Josh Palmer for a 27-yard touchdown.

Guarantano finished thirteen of 24 passes for 162 yards, its functionality in 4 race games against Alabama.

Tennessee had the ball to start the period of the moment, losing 28-10, with the possibility of its deficit to two possessions.

Instead, Eric Gray lost the ball on the third half play. Malachi Moore forced the ball loose, retrieved it and returned its 28-yard value for a touchdown, cementing the victory less than a minute from the period of the moment.

Tennessee has now allowed 4 defensive landings in its last 3 games. Georgian backingman Monty Rice returned a loose ball to land in the Bulldogs’ 44-21 victory over UT, and Kentucky returned two landing interceptions in last week’s 34-7 win.

Pruitt swore after Tennessee’s October 3 victory over Missouri that the Flights would play or provoke fear.

Maybe misrepresents.

Tennessee opted for a basket in the fourth moment that quarter and moment at the 15th yard of Alabama.

In the third quarter, the Vols regained a getaway at Alabama’s 48-yard line, followed by a one-meter-negative run, a four-metre throw sweep and a one-meter loss.

Fans booed after the third game and Tennessee kicked, wasting the opportunity.

Flights fell to 0-8 against rivals Alabama, Florida and Georgia at Pruitt’s time. Each of those losses was accompanied by at least 3 touchdowns.

Tennessee is shot against this trio in the final normal season against Florida.

Alabama’s winning streak on its winning streak against Tennessee is now 25. 7 points.
