Arsenal player brilliantly takes on Bukayo Saka in education ahead of Porto clash

Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe has made a brilliant nutmeg on Bukayo Saka ahead of tonight’s clash with Porto.

Mikel Arteta has been busy with his players at London Colney ahead of a big Champions League clash.

The Gunners will be tasked with coming back tonight after a 1-0 win at the Emirates Stadium after the first leg in Porto.

Emile Smith Rowe is a player who will be hoping to earn a few minutes for his belt in what will be a huge clash for Arsenal.

The 23-year-old has made three appearances in the Champions League this season, all coming off the bench.

But it looks like Smith Rowe looked brilliant this week when he landed a brilliant nutmeg against fellow academy member Bukayo Saka.

In a video posted on Arsenal’s official website, Smith Rowe watched a game of rondo alongside Declan Rice, Ben White, Reiss Nelson, Eddie Nketiah and Saka.

During the exercise, Smith Rowe caught Saka off guard as he headed to the right after being close to the 22-year-old.

The midfielder then put Saka on nutmeg, which, unsurprisingly, sparked reactions from coaches and others.

In fact, Saka is no stranger to getting stuck off guard in education and has already been stuck through Jurrien Timber this season.

It’s fair to say that Saka’s defense was precisely his strong point and Smith Rowe made the most of it yesterday.

Arsenal’s players are looking forward to tonight’s match thanks to their excellent form in the Premier League.

Given Arteta’s reluctance to start with Smith Rowe this season, it is unlikely that he will appear from the start. It’s possible that the midfielder will still appear on the bench, especially with Gabriel Martinelli out.
