Arsenal will be pleased tonight to return home when they host Sevilla in the Champions League.
The Gunners come into the match on the back of two away defeats, to West Ham and Newcastle, and their only other defeat last season came to Lens in their European campaign.
Mikel Arteta’s side will have to leave their anger at Newcastle’s defeat here as they look to consolidate their position at the top of Group B. The win against Sevilla in Spain last time out was a vital result for Arsenal, and one that leaves them on the right track.
Sevilla know that a win here would propel them into the race for qualification, and they are running out of time to get their first win of the organisation phase.
Arsenal vs Sevilla is scheduled to kick off at 8 p. m. Today’s GMT, Wednesday 8 November 2023.
The match will take place at the Emirates Stadium.
TV channel: In the UK, the match will be broadcast on TNT Sports 2, and the policy will start at 7pm. m. before the start at 8 p. m.

Arsenal are still without Thomas Partey, Gabriel Jesus and Emile Smith Rowe, while there are considerations over Martin Odegaard’s fitness. He missed the defeat to Newcastle through injury and will be assessed before Wednesday to see if he is fit to return.
Kai Havertz will most likely be the man to make way in midfield if Odegaard is deemed fit, while Oleksandr Zinchenko could get the green light at left-back after Takehiro Tomiyasu makes his debut on Sunday.
Sevilla could do without Sergio Ramos in north London: the centre-back is the main doubt due to a calf injury. Marcao and Alfonso Pastor will also be absent.
Youssef En-Nesyri will be hoping to lead the visitors’ line, after coming off the bench at the weekend to equalise in a draw against Celta Vigo.

It turned into a nerve-wracking final in Spain when those two teams met a fortnight ago, with Arsenal on the verge of holding on.
While they hope to have a more comfortable evening at home, the Gunners’ recent struggles suggest they are unlikely to make it overall.
