The talented 19-year-old winger was on the books for Bayern Munich before suffering pain when he was released through his club’s formative years for conduct disorders that he readily admitted to.
He is now at RB Salzburg and is connected with a move to the Premier League teams, adding Arsenal and Liverpool, after snubing a move with Chelsea in 2018.
Since he settled in Austria, Adeyemi has one of the most promising young players in Europe.
He is asked to follow in the footsteps of Erling Haaland and Sadio Mane, who used Salzburg to move towards increasingly important things.
Adeyemi was born in Munich to a Nigerian father and a Romanian mother.
At the age of eight, he saw him through Bayern Munich, where he rose through the ranks and inspired the coaches.

A gutted Adeyemi let go through the club he dreamed of gambling for when he was only 16, and it would have been simple for him to fall down the side of the road.
Unterhaching’s third division presented him with the opportunity, and with Manfred Schwabl, who played for Bayern and Munich 1860, he discovered a mentor.
Schwabl, now president of Unterhaching, saw firsthand the disruptive nature that hinders Adeeyemi’s progress.
He put the talented teenager on the right path, even forbidding him from educational sessions if his attitude toward school paintings improved.
“I was a very active child who needed a lot of freedom,” Adeyemi recalls.
“I couldn’t sit still and I had to move. Then there was the fact that school was never simple for me. This not only to my parents, but also to their [Schwabl’] nerves.
“There were discussions about the school, adding with the club. At some point, they gave us the right.
“My excuse has been: “The instructor is to blame. ” I’m not one to sit and watch school for hours. I think I learned now that I was responsible. “
In 2018, after impressing at Unterhaching, Adeyemi had started tying at the clubs, adding Liverpool and Atletico Madrid.
Chelsea even invited him and his parents to spend time in their Cobham camp.
But Adeyemi has wisely chosen to point to RB Salzburg, for an estimated 3 million pounds.
“I think the club you play at doesn’t matter, football offers a wonderful platform in general,” he revealed.
“If you’re a smart player who walks on the accelerator and shows his performance, the clubs will see it. “
“I would still bet on Unterhaching because I felt so comfortable. A change to Chelsea would not have been a practical step at the time.
“Of course, I’m satisfied when those clubs show interest, but I was just looking to play football. My teammates were behind me.
“Of course, it’s a little awkward when other players ask, “Is it true that Club X is interested?”. They asked me that question at school. Actually, I didn’t need to communicate about it. “
Adeyemi has two goals and 4 assists in 12 games this season with Salzburg since consolidating his position in the most sensible team.
With such a fast ascent, it may not be long before he is in a position for the bigger stage and perhaps one day will cause Bayern Munich to regret his resolve to let him go.
