Arsenal may have dropped a huge hint over an injury return for defender Jurrien Timber this season. The Dutch international has been missing since his Premier League debut, where he picked up an anterior cruciate ligament blow.
The knee injury usually keeps players out for a while, but there seems to be some hope that the former Ajax man will be back this season. That’s because, as per UEFA’s official website, the defender has been included in the Champions League squad for the next phase of the competition.
The Gunners will face FC Porto in the round of 16 at the end of February and mid-March, hoping to reach the final.

Arsenal are still in talks with promising prodigy Amario Cozier-Duberry over a new contract, according to Fabrizio Romano. The 18-year-old has inspired in the academy ranks, but with just a few months left in his contract, his long future is uncertain. .
