The 34-year-old Manchester City hero set out to score for Serie A Lazio.
But a radical replacement led the Spaniard to return to his local country.
Lazio has reportedly presented Silva, through some to be the largest import of the Premier League, a luxury home, personal air travel and 50,000 euros a week to tempt him in Italy.
But that wasn’t enough, and Silva took advantage of the sun at the luxury hotel he owns on the beach of Amadores, in the Region of Anfi del Mar de Gran Canaria.
The Master Midfielder is 7.5 km down the Arguineguín road.
Silva is expected to enroll in the Society in September to enjoy all the comforts of his beach hotel, where he was first photographed in the colors of his new equipment.
Private cabanas with their own pools extend through the resort, while sun loungers are located next to the huge community pools and jacuzzis with stunning ocean views.
Silva has been criticized through Lazio’s leader, Igli Tare, for his last-minute change.
He said: “I’m learning about David Silva’s transfer to The Royal Society. I have a lot of respect for the player, but for the man.”
While Silva was due to give Lazio his last word on Monday, the Italians were still waiting for the weekend.
And on Sunday he was given an Ultimatum Array.. before his transfer to the Company was officially announced a day later.
Silva’s father, however, defended his son’s in this case.
He told Radio Marca Donostia: “When Lazio was informed of the agreement with The Real Sociedad, it did not react badly, in the end nothing safe.
“There is contact with Lazio, but also with the Royal Society and other teams, and then my son made the decision to move to the Society.
“There was nothing closed, David was surprised by the reaction of the club. Everyone can do whatever they want, Lazio has spoken to his agent, not David.
“So I don’t understand why he was raised as a man, he didn’t do anything with lazio.”
In revealing why he chose Real Sociedad, Silva admitted that his circle of relatives had played a key role in his decision.
He told the club’s website: “I want to send a message to all the fans of the Real, I am very satisfied that I signed up for this wonderful club and I hope that we can win titles and celebrate them together.
“I’ve had a lot of offers, but I have to sign for the Real because it’s a club that does things really well and the taste for the game suits my game.
“I’ve known San Sebastian since I’ve been in Eibar for a long time, and it’s a nice, quiet neighborhood, my circle of family members played a component in this decision.”
