Liverpool under-23 Barry Lewtas praised Sepp van den Berg on the club’s official website.
Lewtas has been inspired by the way Van den Berg has played for his team in recent matches and believes Liverpool enthusiasts will know what the teenager looks like if they see him in action.
The 18-year-old is a central defense through trade, but the teenager can also serve as a right-back.
Holland under-19 joined Liverpool from PEC Zwolle in the summer play window.
Lewtas told Liverpool’s official online website about Van den Berg: “Sepp has been excellent. He added to our game his intensity, his commitment to improving personally and I was also very inspired by the way he worked with the boys, the way he approached training.
“So it’s a big plus. When other people watch the games, they’ll see what he added to us and I think Sepp and Rhys had played well in Brighton. I am very pleased with Sepp’s attitude and the way he approached the U23 challenge. .

With Virgil van Dijk injured, Van den Berg could have his chance for Liverpool’s first team if he continues to progress and expand into the under-23 level.
