MILWAUKEE – Trevor Bauer had a stellar outing, and Matt Davidson and Nick Castellanos connected the house race to take the Cincinnati Reds to the Milwaukee Brewers 8-3 on Friday night.
Bauer (2-0) allowed three hits and one run in six innings while striking out 12. Solid functionality followed a two-shot bleaching in seven innings Sunday at the time of a double’s game in Detroit.
“Trevor excelled, again, ” said the Reds manager, David Bell.
The Reds scored six runs at the opposite time to Milwaukee starter Eric Lauer (0-1), ending a 24-inning drought. Cincinnati had three problems before Davidson’s 3-run home run, the first of the season, slightly crossed the barrier in midfield.
“Some balls fell off and we had big at-bats for guys who didn’t have many openings,” Bell said.
The advantage allowed Bauer to take on the Brewers’ hitters.
“Then the game plan becomes simple, ” said Bauer. “Keep throwing moves and force them to fight. This reduces very stressful throws. This allowed me to settle in a charming rhythm.”
The Reds (6-8) lost 13-0 to Cleveland on Thursday night, having failed to score in the last 23 home series innings.
Bauer stoked six of the first seven batters he faced and had 11 strikeouts in innings. He gave up a solo house race against Logan Morrison with two outs in the fourth.
The Reds extended the lead through two races in the sixth race in the seventh race of the Castellanos season.
The addition of Castellanos is a main seasoning for the Reds, Bell said.
“He’s determined to win, ” said Bell. “The offense is vital for any player, however, the most impressive thing is that he cares so much, if not more, about his base career, his defense and being a smart teammate.”
Christian Yelich, in trouble, hit a two-run home run in the eighth inning of Reds reliever Lucas Sims to reduce the margin to 8-3.
Lauer, in his first start for Milwaukee, allowed five hits and six runs in three innings.
MOVE THE LIST
LHP Brandon Finnegan, INF Rece Hinds and OF TJ Friedl were added to the Reds’ group of 60 players and assigned to the Mason, Ohio election site. The Reds also bought Mark Payton’s non-line-up of the Athletics for money.

Array.. 1B Joey Votto and SS Freddy Galvis were not in the starting lineup. Bell said they were both in good health, however, he cited night trips and pitching attack as reasons for the move. In 88 career appearances at Miller Park, Votto beat Array339 with 20 home runs and 60 RBIs.
Brewers: OF Avisail García was absent after being beaten in the forearm through a box in Thursday night’s game against the White Sox. “He’s in pain,” manager Craig Counsell said. “Everything has been reviewed. Just don’t feel smart enough to play. I think we’re lucky, to be fair to you. Array.. OF/1B Ryan Braun, who is on the disabled list with an inflamed right index finger, underwent training on Friday.
Strikes
Bauer recorded the 29th game of his career with 10 strikes and his moment this season (he recorded thirteen strikeouts against the Tigers on July 26). His career high is 14 strikeouts on May 30, 2017 in opposition to Oakland as he pitched for Cleveland.

To make up for the 3-game series postponed in Milwaukee last weekend, the Brewers and Cardinals will play three doubles: in Milwaukee on September 14 and September 25 in St. Louis with the Brewers at home. Team.

Rojos: RHP Anthony DeSclafani (0-0, 0.00 ERA) will make your time the beginning of the season. He was off the disabled list to start the first game of Sunday’s doubles game in Detroit and allowed three hits in five bleached.
Brewers: LZ Brett Anderson (0-0, 6.00) will have its time to start the campaign. Anderson made his Debut for the Brewers on Monday opposite the White Sox and won without a decision in a 6-4 loss.
