Liverpool will be informed of their luck in the Champions League in the draw at this afternoon’s organisation level in Geneva.
As Premier League champions, Liverpool placed the barn 1 with the winners named after other leading European leagues and champions of the Champions League and Europa League.
This means that Jurgen Klopp’s team will not face players such as Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Juventus or Paris Saint-Germain in the organizing phase, while Zenit St Petersburg, Porto and Seville are also in hype 1 and are therefore not imaginable opponents.
In hype 2, the country’s coverage means Liverpool face Manchester City, Manchester United or Chelsea.
The Reds could, however, face Barcelona, Atletico Madrid (with new signing Luis Suarez) or Borussia Dortmund from this boat and that one of those groups will be a very complicated challenge and out.
Elsewhere in hype 2, Klopp’s men could end up with a possibly more favorable draw against Shakhtar Donetsk or Ajax.
Bombo 3, on the other hand, also complicated equipment.
Liverpool can end with a draw opposed to RB Leipzig, Red Bull Salzburg or Inter Milan.
They can also be placed next to Olympiacos, Krasnodar or Lazio from this boat, but last season’s semi-finalists, Atalanta, are also here, as are Dinamo Kiev.
From hype 4, world champions can face Borussia Monchengladbach, Marseille or end up having to make long distances to play against Lokomotiv Moscow or Istanbul Kasaksehir.
Other warists imaginable are Bruges, Midtjylland FC and Rennes, while Ferencvaros, who went through 4 qualifying rounds to succeed at the main organization level, is also involved.
