Brendan Rodgers has warned that Liverpool are facing a transition following the appointment of Arne Slot.
Slot replaced Jurgen Klopp, who resigned after years at Anfield. Klopp succeeded Rodgers in 2015, leading Liverpool to the Premier League title, Champions League, FA Cup and two Carabao Cups.
