This report probably comes as no surprise to Chelsea enthusiasts at all as we continue to review the weekend’s foreign matches.
International breaks can be very boring for domestic football fans, but there will be Chelsea players to follow and watch, even if our beloved club isn’t in action.
Last night it was the turn of midfielder Moises Caicedo, who played the full 90 minutes for Ecuador in a 2-0 friendly loss to Italy.
However, for Caicedo personally it was not a bad start and there are no signs that he was injured, so he comes out unscathed.
As Chelsea’s website says, Caicedo was a “bright spark” in Ecuador’s defeat and recorded decent statistics.
As usual, it was their ball wins and duels that stood out. He won the most duels (6), the most tackles (2) and the most dribbles (2) in the match.
