Brilliant video the moment Bruno Fernandes discovers he will be the captain of Man United vs PSG

Images of a special moment at Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s press convention before Paris Saint Germain went viral tonight.

Manchester United, of course, are about to begin their Champions League crusade on Tuesday night.

The Red Devils will have to arrive at Princes Park to face PSG, runner-up last season.

The setting is highly anticipated, for a number of reasons.

First, it marks United’s return to the sensibleness of European interclub football, following a crusade by practicing his trade in the Europa League.

The clash also represents a vital clash for several players involved, with Angel Di María and Ander Herrera in a position to face their former employers.

Edinson Cavani would have been in line to face the club he left last summer, but since then the Uruguayan has been excluded from the itinerant visitor squadron scheduled for Paris.

Finally, it should be noted that the last time PSG and Manchester United faced each other, in a start to the last 16 Champions League matches in 2019, the latter arranged for the final-minute highlights to unseseate the French champions of the tournament.

Bruno Fernandes is another individual for whom tomorrow’s clash will be a special occasion, for a very different explanation than those discussed above.

This comes with the Portuguese midfielder who will captain Manchester United for the first time at the Parc des Princes.

Harry Maguire is one of many Red Devils stars who have been part of ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team to take on PSG, with the captain’s armband at stake.

In turn, United’s manager demonstrated at a pre-match press conference tonight that he had selected Fernandes to run his on Tuesday night.

And, obviously, the moment the media waiting found out about this news is also the first that Fernandes learned of Solskjaer’s decision.

The 26-year-old wonder is as transparent as the day in the clip below, which has since gone viral on social media for all the right reasons:

It’s elegant! ?
