Cam Newton fell short of words and said so a day after being appointed starting quarterback and offensive captain of the New England Patriots.
Bill Belichick would not have publicly stated that Newton is the patriots’ starter at his video convention on Monday morning, but QB No.1 reacted to the announcement made through his head coach at a team assembly on Thursday.
“It’s a difficult emotion to express in words,” Newton said Friday at a convention call.”But since I’ve been here, I have a plan to become the most productive player I can be.Be trained and trained and know that I will” be trained through the most productive of the game, Josh McDaniels and coach Jedd (Fisch), as well as, of course, coach Belichick. And those boys haven’t let me down yet. I’m just looking to help in some way.All I’m asked to do is my job to do it.”
Newton is also grateful, but without the intelligent verb of vision, after being elected one of the Patriots’ 8 captains, one of the Patriots’ four captains for the first time.
“Dude, look, words can’t even my emotions when I heard them,” Newton said.”I know that a user can see or feel anything, it was almost as expected, but not for me.Ever since I first spoke to the personal team, I’ve been trying to make sure they understood my motivation and understood that I don’t take this opportunity for granted.
“And whether I arrive as soon as I show up or go as late as I go out, I know that other people know that my center is in the right place. As far as this team is concerned, it is nothing that I would do However, to put your most productive interests at the center. And be captain of anything that is rewarding to hear, but at the same time, now genuine paintings start for me knowing that I have to do it every day.I have other people who depend on me (and) others on this board to lead the team in the right way.
Newton, the first user in the Patriots status quo in the morning and among the last to faint at night, and the players and coaches obviously took note.Newton is not doing anything radically different from the same thing this season, so also Captain-elect for seven years with the Carolina Panthers.
As for what Newton can offer the Patriots offensive, it makes everyone wait to “listen and see.”
