Palmeiras is the Serie A team that remains undefeated after 10 games.
The decision, made through a labor court in Rio de Janeiro and reported through Brazilian news websites, follows an appeal by the club’s employees’ union.
The union said its members and families will participate if the game takes place.
The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and the country’s sports court had rejected Flamengo’s request to prevent the match.
CBF stated that clubs had the right to sign 40 players and that Flamengo therefore has enough players available.
He’s still responded to the court’s decision.
