Olympique de Marseille have seen their former captain, François Bracci, leave us at the age of 72.
A day of mourning for the French club for having won the Champions League. Olympique de Marseille has lost one of its legends in the figure of François Bracci. The former captain of the Marseille club played 342 games with the Olympic team, from 1971 to 1979 and then from 1983 to 1985. The winner of the French Cup in 1976 died on Thursday after a long illness. The left back had also played for Rouen, Béziers, Strasbourg and Bordeaux.
