A Casa do Cidadão do Shopping Benfica ampliou os serviços e, após reforma, está mais acolhedora, com novas instalações, mobiliário e climatização. Em Fortaleza, são três Casas do Cidadão, todas coordenadas pela Secretaria da Proteção Social (SPS). Na próxima segunda-feira (11), às 9h30, a titular da SPS, Onélia Santana, visita as novas instalações.

Captured from Forensic Expertise (Pefoce), the SPS issues 1st and 2nd identity cards (RG), CPFs and criminal record certificates. The Instituto de Desenvolvimento do Trabalho (IDT) opens cadasters for companies, verifies opportunities, directs occupational safety and the Carteira do Trabalho e Previdência Social (CTPS digital), and facilitates referrals for individual companies.
The Regional Electoral Court of Ceará (TRE-Ce) grants the electoral list, the issuance of the voter permit, the control of the electoral address, the biometric identification, among others. The Secretariat of Human Directors and Social Development of Fortaleza (SDHDS) provides for the registration and updating of the Single Cadastre.
