Aberdeen’s new boss Neil Warnock has been warned that star Bojan Miovski would possibly not stay at the club as long as it was leaning towards a move to the English Premier League.
And the transfer window jabs have continued to be aimed at Celtic as Michael Stewart admitted he was mystified that the Parkhead side have not made a move for the North Macedonia international. Miovski was the hero again for the Reds as he saw off Maik Nawrocki to net an inch-perfect finish beyond Joe Hart.
And while Celtic came back to level the Scottish Premiership showdown former Dons striker Lee Miller reckons that Miovski may not be around for long as he tipped him to make the move south of the border in the near future. The Aberdeen hero said: “I was just going to touch on Miovski. I’ve said it for the past year, he will play in the English Premier League within the next two years. I think he’s that good. He’s got everything.
“His composure, he put his shoulder down for the goal [against Celtic] on Saturday, it’s unbelievable. I like the way he plays with a smile on his face, he loves football.
But Michael Stewart went further to say that his performance at Pittodrie showed why Celtic deserved to have signed the star in the January transfer window. He added: “Lee just talked about Bojan Miovski. Miovski would join the Celtic team and he would be a wonderful option for them. “
