Barcelona has appointed Henrik Larsson and Alfred Schreuder as Ronald Koeman’s assistants.
The pair signed deals until 2022 after Koeman returned to Camp Nou as coach this week.
He replaced Quique Setien after Barca’s humiliating departure 8–2 in the Champions League in Bayern Munich week.
Schreuder has worked in the past at Hoffenheim and Ajax, while Larsson rejoins Koeman after playing with him at Feyenoord.
The 48-year-old recently controlled Helsingborgs in Sweden and had his people return to Camp Nou.
After leaving Celtic in 2004, Larsson spent two years at Barca, scoring 22 goals in matches and winning the Champions League, two La Liga titles and the Spanish Super Cup.
