Celtic have told the Green Brigade they can be refunded if they want as a war of words continues to brew – but there is a path to lifting their bans.
The ultras organisation has lashed out at the Premiership champions as it continues its ban on playing home and away. This has been going on for 58 days and thirteen games, and rumors about Parkhead’s imminent return were quashed in a social media post. They are already counting Saturday’s Premiership clash against Hearts as a lost match, claiming that 267 fans have been banned with a charge of £192. 20 according to the bettor.
But Celtic insisted time and again that they deserve refunds for those sanctioned, in accordance with the regulations to merit a lifting of restrictions. It reads: “The club is lately in communication and engagement with the organisation in question with a view to returning to a scenario where the rules and regulations relating to safe operation are reputable and enforced. The club has already made it very clear that refunds will be received for any adjustments or adjustments to this suspension.
