Chelsea boss Frank Lampard launches new intellectual fitness crusade by urging enthusiasts to be informed about their friends

Frank Lampard is helping launch a new intellectual fitness initiative called “Support Someone Else,” which encourages others to succeed and help their loved ones during the holiday season.

The partnership between Chelsea, a longtime sponsor of Three and Three’s intellectual fitness charity, Time to Change, encourages others to pick up the phone and touch their friends and family.

Recent studies have shown that, on average, men have 3 fewer people in their help network since the pandemic hit, and some men mentioned that they could not be found in the user, as in a football match, as an explanation of why they had fewer other people to turn to, and Lampard put all his efforts into this week’s crusade.
