Chelsea have unveiled TWO elite forwards as Victor Osimhen ‘accepts’ transfer

Chelsea have already spent £66m on transfers this summer, with Enzo Maresca still keen to sign a prolific new striker before the window closes.

The former Leicester manager is fully convinced that Nicolas Jackson can return the Blues to the top of the Premier League and needs more festival for him.

Napoli superstar Victor Osimhen has been a striker heavily linked with Stamford Bridge for several months.

However, the Nigerian international’s exorbitant valuation of Chelsea prevents him from signing him this summer.

Reports from Italy suggest that Paris Saint-Germain have “agreed non-public terms” with Osimhen and all indications are that he will sign for the French giants.

PSG are yet to agree a payment with Napoli and they are unwilling to fit his release clause of around £110m, yet it is claimed they may just be offering £85m and a player nameless in exchange for him.

After his signing for Osimhen, Chelsea have been “offered” the possibility of signing two PSG strikers while Luis Enrique seeks to lose ground in the team.

According to HITC, PSG have contacted Chelsea to offer them the option of signing Randal Kolo Muani or Goncalo Ramos this summer.

The Ligue 1 team would “be ready” with at least one of the two attackers if they managed to recruit Osimhen, as is now expected.

Chelsea are yet to respond to the offer, but as mentioned, they are looking for a new leader and both players are highly rated.

Muani, 25, joined PSG from Eintracht Frankfurt on an £80m deal last summer, but has not lived up to his huge value at the Parc des Princes.

He has only scored nine goals in 40 games for the French club, unlike the 26 in 50 games he scored for Frankfurt.

As for Ramos, he was considered one of the most productive young strikers in the world during his time at Benfica, where he scored 41 goals in 106 games.

Manchester United were heavily linked with Ramos, but he joined PSG permanently for £67. 4m in January after a six-month loan, which included a buyout liability clause inserted into the deal.

The 23-year-old has done slightly more than Muani in terms of numbers, scoring 14 goals in 40 games for PSG.

It remains to be seen if Chelsea show concrete interest in any of the players as the search for a new striker continues.
