Chelsea will have to point to a leader like Kalidou Koulibaly, according to former West Ham midfielder Don Hutchison.Koulibaly has been strongly related to an exit from Naples this summer.Reports from the last few days state that Chelsea coach Marina Granovskaia spoke on the phone with the defence agent..
Manchester City, the favorite to point to the Senegalese international, and Manchester United are also interested in an agreement.
But Hutchison believes Koulibaly is precisely the kind of player Frank Lampard wants at Chelsea.
“With Koulibaly, it would be any central defense,” Hutchison told ESPN FC.
“I think it’s the most productive in the world, it’s ridiculously strong.

The city’s outcast, John Stones, and Brighton captain Lewis Dunk are two of the names who have moved to Stamford Bridge.
Former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino is a Dunk fan and believes he deserves to be transferred to a more sensible Premier League club.
“It’s not just a bully who wins the headers, he’s a perfect footballer,” Cascarino told talkSPORT.
“If you told me, from the back of the table, that I think it’s the most productive central part, I think it’s him.
“Its consistency over several seasons has been brilliant. His association with Shane Duffy before was exceptional.
“He went from two to three and did very well in all three too, they [Adam] Webster there.
“[Brighton] is a team that has replaced its baseline, so you should play not only on a back-four, but on a back-five, allowing the sides to continue, so I think Dunk is fine at the top and I think he’ll have that move and because of his point of functionality I think he wants to have the chance to play in one of the six most sensitive clubs because he’s pretty good.
