Chelsea’s forgotten man Victor Moses joins Spartak Moscow on a one-season loan: his SIXTH pass as a visitor

The 29-year-old Nigerian will play for the Russians this fourth after not being able to beat manager Frank Lampard.

And Spartak can make the deal permanent next if Moses impresses.

The move marks his SIXTH loan out from Chelsea in 8 years.

Moses played for Liverpool, Stoke, West Ham, Fenerbahce and Inter Milan during his time at Stamford Bridge.

His most productive streak with Les Bleus came to Antonio Conte’s time at the club, when he was switched from end to winger in a 3-4-3 system.

He made 34 Premier League appearances in the 2016/17 crusade when Chelsea won the name Conte of the Premier League.

He then played 38 times in all competitions the following season to upload an FA Cup to his collection.

But with Lampard betting basically on the back, and César Azpilicueta and Reece James already as right sides, there is no room for Moses in the current configuration.

His time at Inter came when he signed on loan for San Siro in January.

Moses ended up making 20 appearances on former boss Conte.

But they came here basically from the bank.

And Inter chose not to point him out this summer, who prefers to dot Real Madrid’s Achraf Hakimi after his two-year transfer to Borussia Dortmund.
