César Azpilicueta has subsidized new recruits Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech to borrow a march to the new Premier League season.
German striker Werner left the Champions League crusade with RB Leipzig to sign for Chelsea last month, aiming to be a goalscorer at the start of England’s new season.
Ziyech was able to sign for Chelsea from Ajax after a break, as the Dutch season was cancelled at the end of April.
