Chris Pratt and his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger have landed on a spot for demolishing a “historic home” in Los Angeles.
The couple reportedly bought the Zimmerman home for £10. 1 million ($12. 5 million) in January 2023. They have since demolished the old home, designed by architect Craig Ellwood, to build a 15,000-square-foot farmhouse.
The images now show a structure on the couple’s land in Brentwood, with no sign of the original ownership. His resolve to demolish the mid-century building, which housed the famous former owners, The Man from U. N. C. L. E, designer Sam Rolfe and his wife. Hilda, not well won over by some, criticizes his decision to demolish the property.

One of them asked on social media, “Couldn’t they build their SHEIN McMansion somewhere else?While complaining, “However, there is evidence that money cannot buy good taste. Wrecking balls, cranes and pickup trucks were photographed at the site, as the photographs show. where Chris and Katherine will build their new property with the logo.
Reportedly, the couple bought the original space because of its location. With the land close to Katherine’s mother, Maria Shriver, it turns out they had planned to build something else, as their new home was designed by architect Ken Ungar.
According to Robb Report, Pratt and Schwarzenegger’s new two-story construction will feature a garden pool and a pool or cabana space. The Mirror has reached out to reps for Chris and Katherine for comment.
The update to the couple’s sprawling estate comes after Chris left enthusiasts in a frenzy when he stripped down to reveal his shredded abs while attributing his to his wife for her jaw-dropping transformation.
