The suspended worker through Red Bull appealed the ruling exonerating team principal Christian Horner of controlling behaviour, according to the PA news agency.
Red Bull’s investigation rejected the complainant’s complaint this month, but she has filed a formal appeal with the Formula 1 team’s parent company, GmbH.
GmbH, founded in Salzburg, Austria, did not respond to Sky Sports News’ request for comment. PA has also reached out to Red Bull Racing for comment.
Sky Sports News understands that the FIA is assessing an investigation into allegations made through Horner’s accuser.
PA understands that the worker was suspended with his full pay as a direct result of Red Bull’s investigation, which ended at the end of last month.
Horner, 50, who has denied the allegations against him, was allowed to continue in his post after being acquitted of any wrongdoing.
