Christian Pulisic picked up where he left off, scoring twice in two games for AC Milan, adding a draw due to Inter Milan in the Italian Super Cup Ultimate who arrived here after a month with a calf injury.
Pulisic was injured in the first half of Milan’s 2-1 defeat at Atalanta on December 6, short-circuiting some other mild season in Milan (albeit the one that saw the Rossoneri languishing right on the midfield table).
He returned on Friday to score in a 2-1 win over Juventus, going 90 minutes, then turned the drama up to 90 on Monday.

Milan lost 2-1 when Pulisic got striker Theo Hernandez’s opening ball, sped up and slipped a weak past Yann Sommer in the 80th minute.
Milan wants extra time to collect silverware, as Tammy Abraham offered a 3-2 stoppage time win.
Pulisic, 26, now has 10 goals and six assists in 21 appearances this season. He has a chance to threaten his career crusade in 2023-24 with Milan, when he scored 15 times with 11 assists in 50 games.
It’s very, very to see Mauricio Pochettino and the USMNT.
