Clemson junior quarterback Trevor Lawrence said Saturday at ESPN’s Gameday that he plans to participate in the NFL draft after this season.
“I’m graduating in December,” Lawrence told Tom Rinaldi of ESPN. “I hope this is my last season. “
Lawrence, of Cartersville, Georgia, led Clemson to a national championship as a true rookie and back in the naming game last season, being the No. 1 pick in the NFL draft.
Clemson’s season at 7:30 p. m. Saturday (ABC) at Wake Forest.
