Skalski was also sent off for aiming in last year’s national school football playoff championship, when Clemson lost 42-25 to LSU.
Fields stayed in the area in pain and missed a move before returning and throwing a nine-yard landing pass to Chris Olave to give OSU a 27-14 lead.
