The Deliberative Council (CD) of Santos held a normal consultation in the 3rd consultation (19), starting at 7 p. m. , for the organization of President-elect Marcelo Teixeira and Vice President Fernando Bonavides. The members of the Deliberative Council also have an organization and voted at the direct table of the SC for the 2024/26 triennium.

The most powerful candidate for the presidency of the CD is Fernando Akaoui, the disembarrassor of the São Paulo Court of Justice. The consultation will be held in a hybrid format, face-to-face and virtual.
Eleito no último sábado (9), Marcelo Teixeira assume o clube no dia 1º de janeiro para o seu sétimo mandato. O primeiro foi em 1992/93 e os outros cinco, de 2000 a 2009.
