WOLVERHAMPTON, England (AP) – Kevin De Bruyne scored a penalty and scored two more when Manchester City opened their English Premier League t-ed by winning 3-1 on Monday at Wolverhampton.
Last year’s player in English football, De Bruyne took over the 2020-2021 crusade with the kind of full demonstration in the midfield that sets him apart.

Gabriel Jesus secured the game with a third deviant for City in the 5th minute of extra time after De Bruyne helped the ball.
With Liverpool, their biggest rival by name, already with two wins in two matches, City was affected by an early streak after a season start due to their participation in the final stages of the Champions League in August.
