Monaco has signed defence axel Disasi of Reims to a five-year contract.
The 22-year-old had been connected to several clubs across Europe, but chose to do so in Ligue 1.
Monaco ended up with Reims in the truncated league campaign, but Disasi has no doubt that he is stepping forward to sign for Niko Kovac’s team.
“I’m very happy to be with AS Monaco,” he told the club’s official website.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for me to show my qualities at the point and continue my progression in a club with great ambitions.
“I can’t wait to start education with my new teammates and I’m going to put all my power to help the team achieve its goals at the end of the season.”
