According to Ross Dellenger of Sports Illustrated, Jackson State “ends a deal with Deion Sanders to make him” the school’s next head coach. The update occurs after previous Dellenger reports suggesting sanders is not a finalist.
He explained that either party had to solve a clothing challenge because Jackson State is a Nike school and Sanders has a contract with Under Armour.
