Destiny Udogie has told us how much she feels at home since walking through the gates of Hotspur Way, and that has translated into her remarkable performances on the pitch.
Initially signing for us in August, 2022, before returning to Udinese on loan last season, the Italy international has been a revelation in his first Premier League campaign, his defensive strength combined with his raids forward as an inverted full-back have really caught the eye in Ange Postecoglou’s system.
Always looking to join our attacks and play up front, Destiny’s praise came on Sunday when she scored her first goal in Spurs colours, the opener of our excellent 4-1 win over Newcastle at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Campo, was also praised with a new contract that extends his tenure until 2030.

Speaking to us after putting pen to paper, Destiny said: “I’m really happy… happy because to be here at this club is a big joy for me, and happy for this opportunity. From the first day I came here, I felt at home, with the players, the coaching staff, the whole club, I feel so welcome. It’s the way everyone at the club respects you, the players, everyone.”
Destiny, who is still 21 years old, is 14 games into her Premier League career. He has one goal and two assists, created 10 chances and is the defender who wins the start in the final third at least 12 times.
When asked how he had discovered the Premier League so far, Destiny replied: “The Premier League is very complicated, it’s a physical and intense league. . . The staff does a wonderful job every day, and that is reflected on the field. It’s the toughest championship, you have to be in a mental and physical position, and I have a lot of fun there. Every day they tell me something new, every day I work with wonderful players.
