Diego Maradona was admitted to a hospital in Argentina with undisclosed “health problems”, this is not similar to COVID-19 and his condition is not considered serious, his non-public doctor and local media reported on Monday.
Maradona, 60, transferred to the Ipensa clinic in La Plata, one hour from Buenos Aires. Maradona coaches the local gym and fencing club.
Maradona, who won the World Cup with Argentina in 1986 and is widely regarded as one of the greatest players of all time, has been admitted to the hospital for examination, said his Leopoldo Luque.
