Aston Villa have completed the signing of Donyell Malen from Borussia Dortmund in a deal worth a total of just over £20m.
Villa has paid 21 million initial sterling pounds, however, the agreement can be a value of 27. 7 million pounds sterling, adding complementary modules similar to performance.
Malen has scored objectives in 20 games in all competitions this season for Dortmund, scoring in his last game, a 3-1 victory in the Bundesliga in Wolfsburg.
The former Arsenal Academy player discovered the back of the A overall 39 times in 131 appearances for Dortmund in three-and-a-half years with the German giants.
The Dutchman joined Dortmund from PSV Eindhoven in July 2021 for £26m, Jadon Sancho, who moved to Manchester United, earlier that summer.
Malen spent two years at Arsenal’s academy before being sold to PSV in the summer of 2017.
