Borussia Dortmund will be hoping to point England Max Alleyne as Manchester City alongside fellow defenders Vitor Reis and Abdukodir Khusanov, it has been revealed.
Alleyne is a 19-year-old centre who spent time at the Southampton Academy before joining the Man City youngsters row in July 2021. Alleyne Capitaned City at the youth level, but has yet to make his senior Deyet Pep Guardiola.
This opportunity would possibly never be provided, as England U20 International can also be driven by the central half hierarchy of Reis and Khusanov’s arrivals.
According to Fabrizio Romano’s newest account, Dortmund have “made a focus” on whether City will promote Alleyne this month.
Dortmund is “exploring a deal”, suggesting the city is open to letting Alleyne through. Citizens have a history of promoting promising graduates of academia to spice up their spending power.
Premier League rivals are also “passionate” about Alleyne, but it is Dortmund who are “in him” and leading the charge.
