The Eagles had resigned from quarterback Kyle Lauletta and signed open receiver Marcus Green.
Lauletta originally made a fourth-round pick from the Giants, and spent last year on the Eagles’ practice team.
His start leaves three-quarters on the list: Carson Wentz, Nate Sudfeld and rookie Jalen Hurts, who hopes to get replays now.
Green with them before this off-season, having spent the past year in their practice squad.
