“I’m sure we can play our games,” Lurie said on Sunday.”So far things have gone well in terms of protocols. They are very, very detailed and rightly so. I’m positive.”
That said, the season lasts five months, the playoffs, and we’re talking about over 2,000 players.
We have noticed that the virus spreads temporarily and once the groups start playing and the trainers can no longer know who their players are exposed to, no one knows exactly what will happen.
“The virus will do that, ” said Lurie. No we will…. We will do our best as a league and as a team to keep everyone as safe as possible. It is inevitable that there will be ups and downs here.”
Although things have gone so well so far, Lurie knows that would possibly not necessarily be the case as the season progresses.
And that’s where flexibility and adaptability come in.
Whoever is more productive after wasting players, or coaches, during one or two games or more will have a huge advantage.
Jason Peters, who doesn’t need to transfer to the left without a pay raise.”Data-reactid” 33 “Lurie controlled his idea of this while taking a not-so-subtle photo of Jason Peters, who doesn’t need to transfer left without a pay raise.
“We know there will be some games where players will possibly play positions they have almost never played,” he said.”But it’s a component of being a professional athlete. We adopted him.Honestly, Doug Pederson, his staff, Howie and his staff, understood the unpredictability. We know that in any game, there can also be a quarterback available.or possibly there would be no tight endings and an open receiver will have to play a tight finish.or our defensive end will, be a defensive tackle.Or a corner will have to be a receiver. Our long snapper probably wouldn’t be there.I think the contingencies, the groups that will settle for it will have a safe advantage, having players who appreciate the opportunity to interfere when necessary.”
Lurie said another way that we’ll see that the flexibility is Pederson’s entire list, to make sure everyone is in position to play.
“When coaches are able to hire rookies and second-year players from the start, even if they haven’t had preseason games or OTA, it will give you more flexibility in October, November, December and the playoffs, instead of saying, “Oh, there’s a rookie, they probably wouldn’t bet much this year,” he says.
“It’s counterintuition, but it deserves to be the opposite. We want in September and October to involve every conceivable recruit and sophomore, and I know that’s the focus.”
